I received a refund check from Nissan of Bowie for an over payment of my TAG and Title fees, The check was Dated for the 13th of January 2022 and sent to me on the 5th of May 2022. The Check is past th over payment of my TAG and Title fees, The check was Dated for the 13th of January 2022 and sent to me on the 5th of May 2022. The Check is past the 90 day expiration date and not valid. I call the dealership several times and spoke to different people none of whom would or could help, I asked to speak to a manager and would either get disconnected or routed to some random person who would then disconnect me. don't trust this dealership for post sales support. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES AND STRUGGLES I AM CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH WITH MY 2020 NISSAN SENTRA. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM NISSAN OF BOWIE ON CRAIN HIGHWAY. I bought a 2020 Nissan Sentra from Nissan of Bowie on Cr THROUGH WITH MY 2020 NISSAN SENTRA. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM NISSAN OF BOWIE ON CRAIN HIGHWAY. I bought a 2020 Nissan Sentra from Nissan of Bowie on Crain Highway not even three month ago. The first three days I purchased my car, it stop working and would not start. Then it was TOWED to the dealership. The dealership worked on my 2020 Nissan Sentra car and I was never told what’s was wrong with the car. Not even a month after I pick up the car. The car have stop working again and would not start. And the dashboard of my brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra displays malfunctioning warning. Nissan of Bowie sell Lemons for cars. Don’t buy cars from Nissan of Bowie on Crain Highway in Bowie. Dawn Criste is a liar, she say there is nothing wrong with my car. But here I am again with the same issues that the car would not start. But this time around the car shows MALFUNCTIONING WARNING. More

September 1 2020 I received an email from Nissan of Bowie stating the 2020 Nissan Sentra car was fine. After two agonizing week without a car. After two weeks of suffering as a single mother without a car. Dawn Criste response on September 14th 2020 on google and Cars reviews that it was an “issue with the compressor”. September 15th 2020 2:07pm Dawn Criste left a voice message of 1 minute 36 seconds apologizing for the mix up. Mix up? How can you get the car mix up? When I specified which car I was talking about. Came online, read a response review from Dawn Criste again saying “found NO issues with vehicle”. The brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra that was TOWED to the dealership on 08/31/2020. Dawn Criste also mentioned that the staffs at Nissan of Bowie have spoken to me several times. The last time I spoke with someone from Nissan of Bowie was on September 1 2020 and I have the recording to prove it. And I am being threaten to pick up a car that have compressor issues? How do I know if you truly fix the compressor issues? You guys have been lying for two week now. Nissan of Bowie is trying jeopardized me and my children lives. This pure discrimination because I am a female who don’t know about cars. Nissan of Bowie knows the brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra have issues. That’s why they keep going from nothing is wrong with the car to compressor issues and now to back to no issues with the car. I will continue to update on social media( IG&FB babytom81 and rita tomlinson) until this matter is resolved by Nissan of Bowie. More

Horrible service manager and parts department. Went in on two different occasions to purchase oil filters for my Altima. Stood at the parts counter in a busy service department with zero help. The service manager comes up to the guy standing behind me and asks him if he needs help completely ignoring me. I'm seriously felt because I'm white I was ignored. This same situation happened to me twice with almost the exact same circumstances. If you're black you'll get noticed right away. This dealership is trash and never have I felt so humiliated in a commercial establishment. Both times I left with no filters, forget this racist place and the absolute jerks working there. More

Nissan LEAF Buying from this dealership was pretty pitiful for the following reasons: 1) They knew nothing about the Nissan LEAF--a car that they have been sellin Buying from this dealership was pretty pitiful for the following reasons: 1) They knew nothing about the Nissan LEAF--a car that they have been selling since 2011 (incompetent!); 2) They can’t legally charge more than $300 in processing fees, so they charge $1k in various other fees on top of the car, tax, title, tags, and processing fee (shady!); 3) They did not honor their car buying service offer (dishonest); 4) After we agreed on a price, and the dealership changed the price in the finance office--I reported it to the manager who ignored my calls and e-mails, the dealership ignored the Better Business Bureau (what does that tell you!?), and it took disputing my down payment for my credit card company to finally get my overpayment back; 5) They didn’t even check the VIN when ordering an accessory for me as part of the sale and it was the wrong color (sloppy!)--sound like the kind of traditional, incompetent, shady, dishonest, untrustworthy dealership your parents and grandparents complained about? Yeah, me too--and this is why companies like Carmax and Carvana are doing SO well--people hate dealing with dealerships like Nissan of Bowie. More

Great sales staff, until you drive off the lot. I purchased a used 2017 Ram 1500 Limited truck. They said the vehicle would be at the dealership at 4:30 pm. The vehicle did not arrive until approx I purchased a used 2017 Ram 1500 Limited truck. They said the vehicle would be at the dealership at 4:30 pm. The vehicle did not arrive until approximately 5:45pm. It was dark. They did not pull the vehicle into their lighted service lane so I examined the car with my iPhone flashlight in the dark. I paid very special attention to the paintwork. I decided to purchase the car despite plastics that were badly scratched and some scuffs in the paintwork on the Rambox doors. The dealer agreed to detail the vehicle and deliver it to my residence by Monday. The car was purchased on Friday. The porter dropped off the car and left. I looked the vehicle over and their detail job appeared to just be tire shine. The interior items I had addressed with the sales staff were not remedied. On the exterior there was a large dent in the right passenger side door that was not present when I inspected the vehicle prior to purchase. I have emailed and called the sales manager as well as my salesperson and recieced no response from the dealer. The only communication post sale has been a form email from the sales manager and this survey request. I would not recommend buying from them to any of my friends or family. More

Jamal Hayden never missed a beat , very personable and easy to communicate with. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, Jamal Hayden introduced me to Mr. Jim Woody. I wasn’t planning on getting financing through Nissan - but I couldn’t pass the great percentage rate he got me. Very Cool . While I was there I met Michael who runs the whole show , nice guy too! The whole process was a pleasure , best of all whole family loves our new truck! More
