My impression is that, while Mazda of Salem and Erin Perez are in the car sales business, it doesn’t stop and end there. Costco referred me to this dealership even though it’s a good 90 min drive for me. From start to finish, I was treated as someone they wanted to please, as much on my terms as theirs. We had a situation we had to work out which could have been a difficult and expensive decision, but we all worked together for a very satisfying conclusion. If it weren’t for the 90 min drive, I’d be back for all my servicing needs. The one time I did need service I found the technician to be responsive, thorough, and helpful. In every respect, my interactions have been met with interest, concern, cooperation, and a desire for me to be happy in my new Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. More
