Her knowledge, courtesy, care, super pleasant manner, ease of communication, responsiveness was SUPREME!! She should be commended and recognized for her ability to keep a customer satisfied and to go the extra mile. My car was even waiting for me inside as close as possible I am sure this was due to the fact that I now walk using a cane. I sincerely hope she is recognized for the wonderful work she does. More
