Ernest was a well-informed and patient guide, assisting us to reach a decision that would best meet our needs. Although we originally intended to buy a new vehicle, at our request, Ernest was able to show us several new models, plus an amazing CPO vehicle. He had comprehensive knowledge of all the vehicles we viewed, demonstrating patience and flexibility throughout our interactions. Ernest was attentive without making us feel pressured. We find excessive pressure an unwelcome disincentive and it is something that we had experienced at other dealerships. Both Ernest and David worked with us to make this deal happen, going the extra mile to provide us with the best value possible.
