I have never experienced anything like this during the purchase of a vehicle in my whole 67 year old entire life, and I have purchased many new vehicles, from many different dealerships. First of all, Ernesto is the superstar of that dealership, this gentleman is so not only the best sales person I've ever encountered, but boy did he make this deal work for me, not only Ernesto by Rene, who I believe is the finance manager, that's excellence. My experience is this, I bought a truck, I walked out the door, I drove it home, I wasn't fully excited about it because there were some things that I really wanted that were missing and I thought I was screwed because I bought the truck I took it home and it's my truck now. Ernesto and Renee went to work and put me in the truck that I wanted to be in, took the other one back no questions asked, this is just incredible, and level of professionalism and courtesy surpasses anything that I've experienced before. So in short, there isn't enough I can say about these two guys, The only word that comes to mind is excellence, I see excellence in bright lights blinking on and off when I walk into that dealership.
