Had already made a deal over the phone including the interest rate of the loan. Was told car price may vary by about $100 plus or minus due to tag fees, etc…. Car price was $400 more. Then finance tried to tell me they couldn’t get the rate I was promised on the phone. I have an 854 FICO. The rate I agreed to should never have been an issue. They did get the rate where I wanted but only after I said I would walk. The one good part about the deal was sales person Ernesto was amazing. More
