Me and my husband came in looking for a specific car and we’re told they didn’t have them yet. So just for sake of curiosity, we agreed to look at a few other cars that we had previously looked at just to m we’re told they didn’t have them yet. We were helped by Ernesto and guys, this guy showed us a car we didn’t even know existed and was successful in convincing us to take it home that night lol He was super polite and patient with all the questions and what not, knew what he was talking about with features and prices. Which made the comparison process much easier when deciding between cars. Would definitely recommend asking for him if you check anything out over here, 10/10 for customer satisfaction! More

My recent purchase at Claremont Toyota was a great experience. I had been in the market for a car for some time. I specifically wanted a RAV4 Prime, red in color with the XSE trim, and I wouldn’t settle for anything else despite the wait time. Ernesto at Claremont Toyota went to work and called me the second a RAV4 Prime arrived at the dealer, and by chance it was the exact vehicle I wanted. Pablo took over and handled the test drive and paperwork and made sure I got the best price for a vehicle in very high demand, he really took care of me. Ricky at finance was a joy to work with on the lease agreement and my wife and I were driving the vehicle in less than a hour. I have always purchased vehicles at CarMax because I don’t like the hassle of dealers, but after going through my experience at Claremont Toyota. I can guarantee like the “Terminator”, I’ll be back.
