He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and he was so personable. Understanding we were just beginning our search, Ernie did not pressure us at all. He stayed in touch, and let us know when other vehicles we may be interested in were available. Again, at no time did we feel pressured. We test drove a second vehicle several weeks later, and loved it, and purchased it! We dealt with Ben in finance, and his approach was assertive, and dismissive of our requests. What began as a great experience, ended on a somewhat sour note. However, after a month of driving my Volvo XC60, I am still loving the car, and would recommend seeing Ernie for your next car purchase! More

The problem was that one was denim blue and the other was orange color. I couldn't take the blue because ever blue car I have had I'very had an accident in them. Orange wasn't my color.
