Eddie was absolutely awesome! He gave me exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations! He leased me my dream car at my price point when the Kia in Covina dealer He gave me exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations! He leased me my dream car at my price point when the Kia in Covina dealership would not and was just trying to rip me off earlier that day. Eddie was patient and listened to everything I said to say about the issues with my current car and was focused on finding a solution to get rid of my worries with my previous car and get me into something beautiful and reliable. I’m absolutely obsessed with the K5 that I leased and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I would continue to lease or buy from Eddie again and again. People like him give hope to people feeling hopeless and beat down when they are having car issues and aren’t sure what to do anymore. EDDIE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Sorento from Kia Riverside, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, and upset with the entire experience. Not only was the customer service very Riverside, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, and upset with the entire experience. Not only was the customer service very poor, but the behavior of the General Manager was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The General Manager, a man of medium height, approximately 50 to 55 years old, with salt-and-pepper facial hair, treated us with unacceptable rudeness and hostility. He showed no respect or professionalism and spoke to us in a harsh and impolite manner, making us feel deeply insulted and humiliated. As customers who came with full trust in the Kia brand, we were met with dishonesty, misleading promises, and inaccurate information. The entire sales process was non-transparent and manipulative, completely destroying our confidence in this dealership. To make matters even worse, when we received our vehicle, it was extremely dirty and had clearly not been washed or prepared for delivery. Some interior features, including the wireless charger and interior lighting, were not functioning properly — a clear sign of negligence and poor quality control by the dealership. Finally, during the down payment process, the same manager behaved so unprofessionally and rudely that we deeply regretted coming to this location to purchase a car. Such behavior toward paying customers is absolutely unacceptable and a disgrace to the Kia brand. I sincerely hope Kia Corporate takes this complaint seriously, as no customer should ever have to experience such disrespect, dishonesty, and negligence at any Kia dealership. More
