Scheduled Oil Change online- was a little confused on what would all be done with selecting which things needed to be done on their portal. Just put in notes what I typically have done. This is the second vehicle we've purchased from Luther Family Ford and I'm sure it wont be the last. The dealership first came to my attention with their partnership to honor local law enforcement. It's Family Ford and I'm sure it wont be the last. The dealership first came to my attention with their partnership to honor local law enforcement. It's a powerful and important gesture in these troubled and confused times. About a year ago, we included them in a search of multiple dealerships when shopping for a new vehicle for my wife. They found us the best vehicle to suite her needs, at the best price, with the best trade in value. What really stood out was they way they treated us, during and after the sale. When it was time to replace my pickup, I didn't have to search around. I went straight to Luther Family Ford and was treated the same way. Our young salesman, Ethan, did a wonderful job, as did Shari and the rest of the crew. I manager even came out to visit with me and thank me before I left. I'm sure the conservative purchases I make are peanuts compared to the business they do there every day, but they made it clear they appreciated my business and would do whatever they could to keep my satisfied. There seems to be an overall attitude of service and positivity that is refreshing and priceless. More
