Ethan was so easy going and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all questions to the best of his knowledge and if he didn’t know, he found out right away. Had great customer service when I bought my van, as well as when I took it in for service. Found out that 3/4 of my service fee was covered by a warranty I didn't know about, so that was a great surprise a as when I took it in for service. I bought 4 cars in the past year, all brand new, by far had the best customer service from Ethan! Kind of very disappointed for not getting my asking price of $49000 (got $48500). Could have made a huge di had the best customer service from Ethan! Kind of very disappointed for not getting my asking price of $49000 (got $48500). Could have made a huge difference if I were to recommend the dealership. I know Ethan had nothing to do with that, but his manager could have made an effort knowing he’s not gonna have a problem selling my truck with all the aftermarket part! Overall, very disappointed with the manager, wouldn’t recommend the dealer but if you were to buy from them, ask for Ethan! Ethan, if you ever got laid off or fired, I got a job ready for you here in my management team! More

I am always impressed with Luther Ford. Especially enjoyed working with Ethan. He did a great job - very friendly and knowledgeable.
