He was knowledgeable about the terms, communicated clearly, and made the sales side of the process quick, easy, and seamless. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the wait time in finance, which dragged the process out more than expected. That said, Ethan did everything he could on his end to keep things efficient. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would absolutely come back. I’d definitely look to work with Ethan again. Ethan helped my wife and I find the Ford F150 that we were looking for. Great guy very patient with us throughout the car buying process.
