Very pleasant and helpful! !! Great selections of vehicles. Provided CarFax and original window sticker right upfront. No pushy sales tactics, very laid back atmosphere. General !! Great selections of vehicles. Provided CarFax and original window sticker right upfront. No pushy sales tactics, very laid back atmosphere. General Manger and sales stayed after hours to get deal closed!! Don't see that everyday. Will definitely come back for future vehicles!! More

My husband and I purchased a Porsche Cayenne S from Colorado Auto Finders in October. As part of the purchase, there was a written agreement in the contract that they would replace the tires. Colorado Colorado Auto Finders in October. As part of the purchase, there was a written agreement in the contract that they would replace the tires. Colorado Auto Finders kept the vehicle for approximately two weeks to perform this work. When we received the vehicle back, serious mechanical issues and damage were immediately noticed. The vehicle had been driven only a minimal number of miles before the problem was discovered. We took the vehicle to a professional shop (Platinum Motorsports), where we were informed that the damage is consistent with improper wheel installation and/or lug nuts not being properly torqued. This is a serious safety issue that could have resulted in wheel failure or an accident. From that point forward, we repeatedly attempted to contact management. We were continually put off, told the manager was unavailable or on an extended vacation, and given no meaningful updates. I also sent a formal email to management and other staff requesting a response, and no response was ever provided. The business has refused to take responsibility and is now ignoring and blocking our calls. I have been without a safe, usable vehicle for nearly two months. Colorado Auto Finders’ conduct involves unsafe repair practices, failure to stand behind their work, and deceptive and evasive behavior toward a consumer. I believe this warrants investigation by the Auto Industry Division for violations of dealer responsibilities and consumer protection requirements. More
