Once again my service representative Ethan Harbison was amazingly helpful and reassuring as he carefully explained the details of the service being done on my car. He gave me his undivided attention and an amazingly helpful and reassuring as he carefully explained the details of the service being done on my car. He gave me his undivided attention and answered every question knowledgeably in a manner that made it all understandable. This is very, very important. Lucas explained carefully & thoughtfully about the work he was going to do which is also greatly appreciated. These two employees are terrific representatives of Daniels BMW. Took my wife’s X5 in for a new tire and came away with a new 4 series coupe to replace my 2012 5 series sedan. Brad was my salesman and made it a great experience for my wife and I.
