Mis diagnosed my truck. Told you it wasn't a battery. Charged me $700 on top of my $200 tow. Left me stranded. Wouldn't cover tow. Wouldn't come get it. Charged me again to Told you it wasn't a battery. Charged me $700 on top of my $200 tow. Left me stranded. Wouldn't cover tow. Wouldn't come get it. Charged me again to 'fix the problem'. No rental car coverage. Manager was of no help. No discounts for my troubles, no nothing. Ethan was awesome but I would never recommend service ever based on my experience. No confidence. Gus would have taken care of me. Now I have to rely on Wendle to hopefully give me better service (which shouldn't be to hard) More

They were able to get me in fast to fix the 4 recalls on my 2021 Ford Bronco. One of the recalls made it so my battery was bad and I got that for no charge to. Had work done on 2021 Explorer, main screen on dash was acting up, cutting in and out/radio changing stations, ect, finally checked with Ford for further help, got it fixed.
