Went in for an oil change and inquire about the Tacoma lease special I'd seen advertised. Told Ethan from the jump we needed the numbers to fit the ad or it was a no go without even having to ask the wife lease special I'd seen advertised. Told Ethan from the jump we needed the numbers to fit the ad or it was a no go without even having to ask the wife. Ethan grabbed a manager and 10 minutes later he's got the keys and the numbers we needed asking me if I need to show the wife. Left that parking lot with less confidence the deal would go through than him but, she couldn't say no. Drove off the lot in a brand new truck never did get that oil change.... Ethan is very careful with his words as to not over promise anything. You're not going to get any surprises dealing with him. More
