The Ettleson Buick GMC dealership called us that morning as a cordial invitation reminder to confirm our appointment. Upon arrival, the sales lady met us in appropriate business attire, with a smile, and as a cordial invitation reminder to confirm our appointment. Upon arrival, the sales lady met us in appropriate business attire, with a smile, and a very enthusiastic warm greeting. Then she pointed to the car which she had positioned for us to view immediately. She had the keys, opened the doors for us to view inside. She got in, started the engine, and wanted us to drive it. Being pleased with what we saw, we drove it around the lot. We all went inside where she provided water, made us feel relaxed, then asked questions, had a trade-in appraisal done, and filled out a price cost summary that we approved. Our cash down payment and their financing offer sealed the deal. At no time was there any pressure by any sales personnel.
