When I made the appointment, I was told it would be under an hour or at most an hour. If at the time I was told that it could possibly be longer, I would have dropped off the vehicle earlier in the day and not waited. I understand sometimes appointments can go longer than expected, but there should be some communication to the customer letting us know what the status is. I had to check in with the service advisor and it was never clear how long it would actually take. More
