When I arrived to my 9am appt., I advised Brian the same thing. He told me they would need to see if anything was wrong with my car. so finally at 1020am he came back to tell me that the machine diagnosed the car needing a new part completely unrelated to the problem I came in for. He said he would order the part and call me when it came in. I called after 5 days of no call and Brian advised me that I would get a letter in. The Mail when the part arrived. Been over a week now and I have no proof of the problem and if the part was ordered. Brian is a very abrupt person with very little customer service. I am hopeful to get that letter soon or I will have to call again. More

In the past I’ve purchased my last 4 vehicles from Ettelson and all major service abc repairs also. I’ve always found the service done correctly and on time. The damage from this accident caused many decisions and much time for repair. But because of the help from Tony Lascola and Pete the General Manager, I was given a loner vehicle for the long length of time the repairs took and their personal care and concern for my personal needs the repairs were as efficiently as could be. As I indicated ‘best that keeps getting better, I would recommend going to Ettleson for any and all services, whether large or small, and if you can ask for service writer ‘Tony Lascola’! My first contact with Ettleson was with Salesman Joe Kendall, because I purchased my last 4 vehicles from Mr. Kendall I have learned that Ettleson service keeps getting better from the time of purchase through years of regular service it also becomes better over time In my opinion, Ettleson Cadillac/Buick just keeps getting better year after year! More
