I had an 11:00 AM appointment for the Imperial Quadruple Deal. oil change, tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes early, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to the service waiting area ask Deal. oil change, tire rotation. We went over the service I requested. He told me to have a seat in the waiting area and they would notify me when the car was ready. At 11:45 This is why I have my Toyota serviced at Imperial Toyota in Milford. Quick and Easy! More

I showed up a day before my appointment because of an unexpected schedule change. Gene was still able to fit me in which was a huge help! I decided to do them anyway because he explained they could be done now or next time. I was so thankful they could adjust the schedule and fit me in, otherwise I would have to come back the next day.
