I had an 11:00 AM appointment for the Imperial Quadruple Deal. oil change, tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes early, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to the service waiting area ask Deal. oil change, tire rotation. I arrived 5 minutes early, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to the service waiting area ask if I wanted anyone particular which I did not and said I would speak with the next available service advisor. We went over the service I requested. He told me to have a seat in the waiting area and they would notify me when the car was ready. At 11:45 This is why I have my Toyota serviced at Imperial Toyota in Milford. Quick and Easy! More

Gene is always friendly, professional and happy to help with any questions I had. Time frame for sticker and tire rotation was over 2hrs which I found unusual as the service I have had in past is usually with any questions I had. I recently worked with Jose Monteiro and I highly recommend. He took care of all of my needs from the test ride, to signing the paperwork. During my recent service appointment at Imperial Toyota, Gene Desroches helped me with an issue regarding one of my tires losing air quickly on my Highlander. I showed up a day before my appointment because of an unexpected schedule change. Gene was still able to fit me in which was a huge help! They completed the 40K maintenance and checked my tire for air le unexpected schedule change. Gene was still able to fit me in which was a huge help! They completed the 40K maintenance and checked my tire for air leak. Gene suggested two additional services yet did not pressure me in getting them done. I decided to do them anyway because he explained they could be done now or next time. I was so thankful they could adjust the schedule and fit me in, otherwise I would have to come back the next day.
