Ive used their service department since 2022. They have been excellent every time. I recently needed a new car and bought a 2026 Tacoma from them. The process was very easy and stress free. I recently visited this dealership to purchase a new battery. My service advisor was outstanding. Gene explain the whole process and kept me constantly updated on the progress of the service. Avoid Imperial Toyota of Milford’s service department. This was on a 2025 Rav4 with less than 10,000 miles on it—clearly still under warranty. I brought it in for a legitimate issue and instead of prop This was on a 2025 Rav4 with less than 10,000 miles on it—clearly still under warranty. I brought it in for a legitimate issue and instead of properly diagnosing it, they immediately blamed “bad gas” and tried to make me pay out of pocket. No real testing. No real effort. Just a generic excuse to avoid doing warranty work. Completely dismissive and a waste of time. I then went to Route 44 Toyota for a second opinion, and the difference was unbelievable. They actually took the time to diagnose the REAL issue, confirmed it was covered, and fixed it under warranty (as it should have been from the start). On top of that, they provided a loaner vehicle immediately—something Imperial refused. So to sum it up: nearly brand new vehicle, under warranty, and Imperial still tried to push the cost onto me instead of doing their job. One dealership tried to charge me for a problem they didn’t even diagnose correctly. The other fixed it properly and treated me like a customer. If you want excuses and unnecessary charges, go to Imperial. If you want honesty, competence, and real service, go to Route 44 Toyota. Do better More

I recently had an issue with my Camry. My service advisor, Gene Desroches, was outstanding in helping me get the car repaired. Gene had the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours and My service advisor, Gene Desroches, was outstanding in helping me get the car repaired. Gene had the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours and found out the replacement part was in stock at the dealership. His guidance was invaluable in the process.
