Imperial is always great to deal with… Service is always great and Gene is the Best Service Advisor. He keeps me updated, explains any issues or concerns that needs to be addressed and gets me back out in great and Gene is the Best Service Advisor. I live 30 minutes away and have a dealership 10 minutes from my home but I always use Imperial because of Gene and will continue because of the great service advisor Gene. More

I brought my 2015 4 Runner in for a much needed check-up. This was my first time using Imperial Toyota and the experience was fantastic. Gene Desroches was my Service Advisor and he when above and beyond the This was my first time using Imperial Toyota and the experience was fantastic. Gene Desroches was my Service Advisor and he when above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel like me vehicle was in the right hands. I dropped it off the night before and even though he had to next day off, he stayed in contact with me and even gave me his cell number so I could stay in direct contact with him. Gene Desroches was very helpful and attentive. . going above and beyond! He even tried to fix my issue himself.. when that didn't work he made sure it got done correctly!! Witch meant alot to me be . going above and beyond! He even tried to fix my issue himself.. when that didn't work he made sure it got done correctly!!
