Me and my wife are still in disbelief while we await our first ever Porsche! I literally test drove one for the first time 2 weeks ago at my local dealership in The OC. That journey then led me to Eugene Fo first ever Porsche! I literally test drove one for the first time 2 weeks ago at my local dealership in The OC. That journey then led me to Eugene Fong, Downtown LA. I called the showroom to enquire about the car and was passed over to Eugene. I have to say, Eugene made me feel comfortable right away. It felt I had known him already and we just got to know each other before talking about the car. I told him my situation that I started looking for a family suv but thought the Cayenne was out of our budget. I wanted to take one step at a time to find out. Over the course of 3 phones calls and within a couple of hours, we had agreed a deal in principle. Could not believe it! Eugene made the whole process easy and stress free. I really appreciate how quickly Eugene would get back to me with updates. He kept me cool as ice. We arranged for me to come in and inspect the car and Eugene had the car detailed and waxed. He then took me on an amazing test drive. I never knew these cars can corner the way they do. There were couple of items I wanted addressed on the car and the sales managers, Johnathan spoke with me to say all the items will be fixed properly. They wanted me to leave happy. We agreed on the final figures and I was really pleased with the exceptional level of service from the staff. The service was really next level and something I have not experienced in buying a car. Eugene made it special and I believe this will not be our last Porsche either. We can’t wait to get into the car! Thank you so much Downtown Los Angeles Porsche! Excellent customer experience for me and the family. We will happily come back to you again in the near future when it’s time to upgrade. Still can not believe we are getting a Porsche! More
