Seim Fanuel was actually the person who helped us, Brandt got called away on a family emergency. I don't see his name below, but I would give him 5 stars if I could! Seim was extremely helpful and was full of knowledge without being flashy or pushy about it. I found him to be very reassuring and felt like he was on my side.
