If you do not mind being pressured, lied to and being ripped off for alot of money, then this dealer is for you. You can judge for yourself after I share my experience with them. My son went with my husb ripped off for alot of money, then this dealer is for you. You can judge for yourself after I share my experience with them. My son went with my husband to lease a car. He had never leased a car before, we always leased one for him. He had a trade in, which he would use any equity in it toward the down payment. A couple of days before, we had called carvana. They offered to payoff the balance of the loan on the car, which was $5,900 and in addition give him a check for $6,200. So they valued the car at about 12,000. Before deciding, we called another Chevy dealer (not East Hills. The offer they gave us for the car my son wanted to lease, was $1500.00 down and $280.00 a month for 36 months. That was right in his budget and the down payment would come from the 6200.00 in equity from his trade in. He would have no out of pocket expense at all. Before we had the chance to go there, my husband found out he knew a salesman at East Hills, so he called him, his name is Evan. Evan told him to come on down with my son and he would give him a good deal. They went the next day. After they were there for 4-5 hours my husband was really getting xxxxxx off. They then separated my son and husband, by having Evan continued to talk to my husband, while they ushered my son into the finance office. While my son is a grown adult, he never went through this process before and he has a learning disability. He had already given them a $500.00 deposit, which they insisted upon, but said it would be refunded.By the time he left that office, they took 2 more additional payments from him. 1 for $6,448.00 and another for $5,000.00 for a total of 11,448.00. With the 500.00 he gave them earlier, it came to $12,000.00, plus they were taking the trade in!!!!! They have refused to give back the 500.00 deposit on top of it all. They took complete advantage of him and totally ripped him off for alot of money, which he could not afford. I can write so much more about East Hills, but I think based on our experience with them, you have a good idea why you should run, not walk away from this dealership. More
