All the employees we interacted with were great, though. Evan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He provided us with the financing options (no gimmicks or changes from the prices online), and we did not feel any pressure to commit. We did commit though, and could not have been happier with the customer service throughout the whole process. We never felt pressured to upgrade anything, buy extras, etc. It was all straightforward and clearly customer-focused. I highly recommend Evan and the team at Coastal VW! More

The service team is absolutely phenomenal. Very personable and professional. I’m never left wondering what’s going on with my car, as Ryan takes the time between other customers to keep me updated personable and professional. I’m never left wondering what’s going on with my car, as Ryan takes the time between other customers to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. However, I did notice some slight damage to my car (non-mechanical) when I brought it in for brakes. I’ve only ever had my car serviced here. I notified Ryan and the other service members and they assured me upper-management would contact me and sort it out. I trust whomever will contact me and sort it out soon enough. Again other than this little hiccup, Coastal Volkswagen has been and will always be my go to for automotive sales and service. More
