Evan was super accommodating with scheduling as well as really listening to the features I wanted and showed me a car that perfectly fit my needs. He was able to safely show me all the features of the vehicle and special nuances to it so that I was comfortable test driving the vehicle on my own (in order to socially distance). Once I decided on the car, he explained my payments clearly and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Amanda in finance was super sweet and took the time to go through all my finance options so that I was both confident and excited to go through with the purchase. John was great in confirming some of my information in order to get a better interest rate despite having little auto history as a recent college graduate. The whole staff were extremely friendly and took special care of me in what could have been an otherwise stressful experience. I love my new Tiguan! More
