Sales Manager Luis - Rating: 1 Star This review is specifically about Sales Manager Luis's response to my detailed review about service issues. Luis was polite during my purchase of two Porsches and specifically about Sales Manager Luis's response to my detailed review about service issues. Luis was polite during my purchase of two Porsches and when I reported a service tech joyride. However, when I posted a detailed review documenting ongoing vehicle problems and unprofessional service treatment, Luis's response revealed his true character. Instead of addressing my documented concerns, Luis responded with multiple false claims: Claimed the issue was "weather related" despite my documentation showing otherwise Claimed service told him "the warnings are off" when I was actively scheduling another repair visit Claimed he "can't help unless I bring the car in" when I had already brought it in four times Claimed I texted "at all hours of day and night" when I only contacted during business hours Claimed I'm "not being dismissed" when the service manager stopped responding to my texts Luis blamed ME for going public instead of acknowledging the dealership failed to respond to my private attempts to resolve the issue for weeks. Most telling: Luis offered zero apology. Not for the vehicle issues, not for poor communication, nothing. Just deflection and blame-shifting. Luis only contacted me AFTER I escalated to Porsche Corporate and posted reviews—not when I actually needed help. The pattern is clear: Friendly when making a sale, absent when you need support, defensive when held accountable. They protect each other rather than acknowledge problems. Avoid this dealership unless you enjoy being gaslighted when things go wrong. More

I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased TWO cars from this dealership (Cayenne GTS and Macan) and expected professionalism. Instead, I received a defective vehicle and dismissive treatment from Service Manager Chris Alves that has compelled me to warn others. Sales manager Luis blindly defended Alves completely ignoring what thad transpired . THE VEHICLE ISSUES: My 2026 Cayenne GTS had issues from delivery on October 18, 2025. Safety system warnings (Adaptive Cruise Assist, Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist) appeared while the salesman demonstrated the features. These aren't temporary warnings--the systems are permanently deactivated from engine start. Notwithstanding the obvious, I was repeatedly told this is all "normal". 423 MILES AND FOUR FAILED REPAIRS. Each time I brought it in, they claimed to fix it. Systems failed within minutes to hours after leaving. Diagnostic data I requested showed 8.3-8.4 volts (30-40% below normal 12-14V range) with systems showing "deactivated." They saw this data and still claimed "everything is normal." Service Manager Aaron acknowledged finding a "fault" and needed more time to diagnose. Despite this evidence, The head Service Manager Alves insisted "everything is normal." CHRIS ALVES' SHOCKING TEXTS: Before my 5th visit, I politely shared diagnostic data from Porsche communities to help identify the root cause. Chris Alves' actual texts: "You have texted us every day about this." (BLATANTLY FALSE - I only contacted when faults appeared with warning lights SAYING "contact service") "I've been driving Porsche for 7 years and gone through 20-25 cars and they always have these warnings come on." (His TEMPORARY warnings vs. my PERMANENTLY deactivated systems) "We have gone above and beyond with you." (Four failed repairs = "above and beyond"?) "That's it. I do not need Chatgpt opinions or Rennlist opinions. If you consider them to have more experience than us dealing with these things, then I'm not sure why talk to us." When I explained that I was simply trying to help and the warnings are CONSTANT Chris never responded. CONTRADICTED BY HIS STAFF: Service Manager Aaron was professional, acknowledged the fault, suggested leaving the car for days for proper diagnosis. Salesman Wade was equally helpful, texting: "Last night we were trying to figure out why it kept showing the errors." Later: "I feel truly sorry these sensor issues still happening. I don't know why it comes back again." Wade even responded on Sunday, acknowledging my frustration and writing: "I understand your frustration and I'll check with Chris & Luis on Monday about this again." If truly "normal," why would Aaron find a fault, Wade work late troubleshooting and promise to follow up, and the car need FIVE repair attempts? OWNER CHRISTODOULOU - COMPLETE SILENCE: I sent TWO detailed emails documenting everything. ZERO response. Not Even an acknowledgement . OTHER ISSUES: A technician took my new car for a "test drive." When he returned, I smelled a strong burning smell . He admitted driving it aggressively, saying he "wasn't going to lie." I was later told that the tech had personal issues and they apologized appropriately. Despite everything, I wrote POSITIVE Google and Yelp reviews, moved past issues, and remained patient through four failed repairs. THE BOTTOM LINE: After seven weeks, four failed repairs, clear diagnostic evidence, Chris Alves' dismissive treatment, and owner's complete silence, I escalated to Porsche Corporate. No customer should ever be dismissed or disrespected by a service manager. Every customer deserves basic respect and professionalism. I received neither. Chris Alves is clearly in the wrong line of business—customer service requires empathy and problem-solving, not dismissiveness and hostility. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP - especially Service Manager Alves. Even when diagnostics find faults, he'll tell you "it's normal" and tell you he has "gone above and beyond More
