Evan was completely courteous and knowledgeable. Even though it was difficult he successfully paired my phone with the new car. He was forthright and as honest as we could hope for. We drove an hour to look at a courtesy car, but it was sold during the time we left home until our arrival. He offered a couple others that were there, but we didn't like the colors, so he had a new one in the color of the one that sold, and was able to work the numbers to where it was almost the same price , which we then agreed to purchase. We then went to Vince in the finance dept, and he was great as well. No hard sell to buy an extended warranty, but we did anyways because of the sheer number of electronics on new cars now. One of the few times we bought a car and felt good about the experience. We highly recommend Brilliance Honda....worth the drive for sure !!! More
