When I bought a new Duramax 2500 HD GMC truck is 2024, it was my first new vehicle purchased. I unfortunately got one with ongoing issues that were not fixable Silviera stepped up and got me into a 2025 and was my first new vehicle purchased. I unfortunately got one with ongoing issues that were not fixable Silviera stepped up and got me into a 2025 and gave me a fair value on 2024 to keep my exposure limited. I’m pleased with the outcome and their service department did a great job of switching over my aftermarket upgrades! More

Service was good. Despite the fact they were short that day. I asked to get my car vacumed. Also got a oil change and they reported to me that the brakes had more than Despite the fact they were short that day. I asked to get my car vacumed. Also got a oil change and they reported to me that the brakes had more than half the pad. They juggle a lot that day for me. Ezra was in a good mood and he was patient with me. More

We had an appointment at 8:30. Michaela check this in. She knew you were waiting across the street and at 1 o’clock we were told our vehicle would be serviced at that time which is Michaela check this in. She knew you were waiting across the street and at 1 o’clock we were told our vehicle would be serviced at that time which is ridiculous. Michaela never reached out to us made a second appointment at the same thing happened waited approximately five hours for it to get fixed that’s why we had to reschedule from the first time because they took way too long no communication and the manager dropped the ball as well. Told us to come back and guarantee that wouldn’t happen to us the second time and it did horrible service. More
