I had alerts for when prices went down on several cars I was watching, this one went down significantly so I reached out, let them know I was out of state and interested. Evan contacted me back and sent a video walk-around of the car, opened all of the compartments, showed me all of the blemishes etc. I was really pleased with it and wanted to move forward, Justo in their finance department was also incredibly easy to work with. We took care of most of the paperwork online. I flew out and picked up the car a few days later. When I got there, the car would not start, they graciously replaced the battery for me, put a full tank of fuel in and made sure my tire pressure was good. Justo even gave me his personal cell phone to let him know that I made it home okay. It was a great experience and I would buy from them again. More
