My visit to Pinebelt Nissan recently, was excellent to say the least. I have never cared much for the car buying process but that wasn't the case today. Like any other dealership as far as customer service but be very careful when dealing with the finance department. Very shady. Charges appear that weren't discussed by the salesman, Things that were supposed to be included now have a charge, the usual used car routine with getting you to agree on a monthly payment and then adjusting the number of payments to be able to raise the interest rate so they can meet you're monthly payment but get you to pay more in reality. Just very unscrupulous. More
