Our salesman Ezzard was great! He helped us narrow down our selection of what car we wanted to focus on. I would highly recommend him. When it came to dealing with Alex the sales manager, that was another story. We talked price and that was fine but basically when I made my final offer he responded with, “I can sell this car for more at auction but I’d rather sell your local community.” And he sent his offer which was the same offer he gave me from the start. There was no flexibility in price which I am ok with but tell me that. Don’t give me the runaround about price. I feel like he was unprofessional with me. He could have simply said, this is as low as I can go and be done with it. I have looked at the same make/model at dealerships all over the area. The pricing was definitely in the same range and my offer was in that range. They don’t advertise as a no haggle pricing dealer, in fact I was engaged to haggle on price and then basically they never moved more than a few hundred dollars. Just tell me this is what it is and don’t waste my time. More
