Best dealership experience I’ve ever had From the time I got to the dealership and had a salesperson ask me if I needed any help or if I had any questions, I felt like I was being treated lik From the time I got to the dealership and had a salesperson ask me if I needed any help or if I had any questions, I felt like I was being treated like family, sales person took the time to answer all of my questions and even the sales manager came over and asked if there was anything that I needed while I was there (bottled water or a snack) as did my salesman when I first arrived there, I can whole heartedly say I will recommend them to anyone looking for either a new car or a used car More

Good overall buying experience Went to test drive a used RX 350, ended up buying. Went to the dealership on a Friday around 5 pm. No sales staff or customers were outside which se Went to test drive a used RX 350, ended up buying. Went to the dealership on a Friday around 5 pm. No sales staff or customers were outside which seemed odd. Shortly after fiddling with door handles, we were greeted by Fabian. Fabian was very personable and well versed on the Lexus line of vehicles. We test drove 2 vehicles, both of which were in excellent condition and fairly priced. The purchase process went smoothly with Twala handling the details of the loan process. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and have no qualms about recommending this dealership. More

No hard pressure sales ... Fabian was my salesman ... he was extremely helpful and not at all aggressive. I like the promise of 4 years 3 mos. service regardless of mileage.
