My wife and I had a very positive experience. Fabian, the salesman, is very friendly and professional. Fabian helped us find the perfect car for us! He took the time to listen to our needs and budget and had several quick recommendations. Fabian was accommodating in explaining the process. He answered all my annoying questions, and worked together to make the best deal possible for us. In addition, At the finance department, it was a fast and pleasant experience. Sirui was very genuine, professional, polite, and helpful with the finances and took his time working with us on our new NX350 protection packages and transactions every step of the way. When I first went to look at cars, I made it known I was interested in an LS. I was told they had nothing in inventory but a silver one we would have to drive to see it. I said no, not a silver one. I drove an ES hybrid, it was nice but not really what I wanted. I went on the website and saw an RX350 and out a deposit on it. When it came in I test drove it, I liked it very much. However, I went to the dealership the day after I bought it and lo and behold an LS 500 sport was sitting there. I told the salesman I was disappointed because I was told by him, nothing in the pipeline. He told me he Sid they had another and when I asked him if he’d like me to get my girlfriend to validate that he told me none in the pipeline but the silver one, he had nothing to say. When I came back the next day, I brought my proof of insurance, additional paperwork for the title to my tradein. I was told that I needed to do the title work at DMV because it was quicker for me to do it. I did it and the woman at the DMV told me it makes no difference who does it, takes the same. Then I get a text from the salesman saying they need a copy of insurance for the new car. I told him I left it with Kevin on Saturday. I get a text on Tuesday saying Kevin can’t find it. So I send another copy. Then I get a call saying they need a copy of my tag being transferred which I had brought in on Saturday and they said they didn’t need it because my new decal would come in the mail with my registration. When they made the request for a picture of the tag,I said why do you need a picture of the tag, the tag number is on the registration. They were in such a hurry to get me to buy a car that the car I was really interested in was already at the dealership and I was told none in the delivery cycle. Poor, very poor customer service overall so far. I paid $100 for the tag transfer and title and I ended up going to the DMV the dealers request. More
