I bought a Toyota Highlander 2023 in September and till today I don't have a spare key. They keep saying that I should call Toyota not them. Once you leave there, you get poor response from them. Today I was there to service the Highlander and waited for 3hrs 20 minutes only to tell me, "sorry our systems are down; there is nothing we can do and it is not our fault". No, it was my fault to be there. I wasted my time sitting at the lounge waiting in vain and took my car home without service. Please be wise with their sweet promises, not really as they say. More

You know in the first ten minutes Started my search for a newer used Toyota in Moreno Valley, the sales girl was very polite, after she got her sales manager to “see how much he could Started my search for a newer used Toyota in Moreno Valley, the sales girl was very polite, after she got her sales manager to “see how much he could save me on the price” which was thousands over other similar cars in the area, it didn’t take me five minutes to realize I wasn’t buying a car there. Already alittle discouraged I decided to try Toyota of riverside (second stop). Upon pulling in in a bit of a hasty fashion (traffic was heavy) the sales rep tony curtado ( I know I cracked up at the last name too) approached we in a very easy nonchalant manner and right off the bat was easy to talk to and noninvasive . I explained what I was looking for and what had just happened. In the same five minutes it took me to leave the Toyota of Moreno Valley, tony secured a sale. He showed me a few cars that were in the range of what I was looking for and then went and got some prices for me. So easy I wasn’t about to haggle with him. With that said I hope both dealers receive this review and tony be shown the appreciation he deserves. The financing dept was fast especially after I explained I had to leave for work unexpectedly, they even let me leave my truck at the lot till Monday. Honesty can’t even explain how happy I am and not to mention I got a very nice Toyota! Highly recommend this dealership, Moreno Valley may wanna have their sales managers trained by this group of professionals, many thanks to everyone at Toyota of riverside! More
