We went in to view a VW Atlas and to have our vehicle appraised for trade-in. We were not pleased with the customer service related to the trade in and did not purchase vehicle at that time. However, we were soon in touch with the general manager, Jim. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service regarding our first visit. It was because of his assistance that we came back into the dealership and purchased the Atlas and traded our vehicle in. The sales process was excellent when we returned to complete the sale.
