Hello I would like to start with if a customer is not approve the very minute when credits are ran then that’s what credit managers should say to long time loyal customers like my self , the signing of spot deliveries , not a good reputation for your car business I’m not happy with the way I was treated also your dealership lost a long term loyal customer there for losing lost of money in profits throughout there’s only one way we can straightened this whole senario out and you guys are not going to go that far I am not going to remove my negative review about your dealership only because you reached out , I can only remove all and write great reviews if the deal went the other way I hope that the two cars I originally leased and had to return that now have over 500 miles go to a good home cars are not at fault your staff and policy is at fault 100%
