There aren’t enough good things I can say about my purchase at Audi of Ontario. It all started when my partner found the car of his dreams online, the kicker was it was at Audi of Ontario and we live purchase at Audi of Ontario. It all started when my partner found the car of his dreams online, the kicker was it was at Audi of Ontario and we live in Long Beach over an hour away. After a week of excellent communication with Farzy Rashid who really took time and listened to my partners wants and needs we drove out to get his new car. While we were there I talked a bit to Farzy and told him about my bad lease I was in and he said “when you’re ready I got you” well boy did he ever!! Two days later I was on my way back to Ontario and man did he take care of business. I went home in my gorgeous new Q5! The entire team at Audi of Ontario were great but I truly am so grateful for making a connection with my salesman Farzy who has gained my trust and loyalty going forward!! We have been looking for a used vehicle and came upon a Honda Pilot at Audi of Ontario. We had just left another dealer which we had a horrible experience, so we decided to look at the Pilot at Audi. From the moment we walked up we were greeted and acknowledged. Right away Farzi Rashid was our guy from the moment he shook our hands. Very attentive to our needs, not pushy but definitely keeping facts straight with us. We left a few hours later with our Honda Pilot. Thank you once again Farzi, my family loves our new used Pilot. Definitely will come back some day for my husband's Audi. Hope to see you then! Also Beatriz helped us to understand all the financial paperwork and got us out quick. This is our second time leasing an Audi from Audi Ontario. Farzy Rashid was very helpful from the very start, answering all my questions. Although we weren’t able to get a deal on the car we initiall Ontario. Farzy Rashid was very helpful from the very start, answering all my questions. Although we weren’t able to get a deal on the car we initially wanted, Farzy made it happen by getting us in and out in a different model at a price we were comfortable with. We’re actually glad to have gotten a different model than what we had initially wanted because this car is much better.
