ESV for a little over two months, due to shortages they’re extremely difficult to find new or used. This past Sunday as I was searching for the car yet again, I finally came across a 2021 Cadillac Escalade it had everything we were looking for so we decided to take a drive that day to go check it out and upon arriving Farzy was outside, as we got off our car he approached us instantly and asked us if we needed help. We’ve had gone to other dealerships prior where we wouldn’t even get acknowledged and pretty much had to ask around for help ourselves. So we appreciated the fact that Farzy acknowledged us. The purchase process was extremely smooth, his attitude was great and very professional! Will definitely recommend him to friends and family in the future.
