This was the second dealership we had gone to. Everyone was very friendly and our experience was a world of difference than the other dealership. I was very happy with the other dealership for years but af was very friendly and our experience was a world of difference than the other dealership. I was very happy with the other dealership for years but after our experience, we felt it was sub par. However, when I came to this dealership, I had called the dealership and asked some questions since I was not very familiar with their brand of car. They immediately scheduled an appointment with me the same day and I even got a text from the sales person stating they we’re excited to help me with my new purchase. Farzy Rashid by far has been one of the most polite, professional, and understanding associate I have ever worked a deal with. He made my husband and I feel at ease right away and he answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. His friendly demeanor was a refreshing interaction since the other dealership was very “cold” in my opinion. We let him know the maximum payment we can make, and he was never condescending and instead tried his best to help us. It was a pleasure to meet Chris, the manager, he was also very informative and patient with all of our questions. I had such a great experience that my daughter, who is looking for a car, was immediately referred to the dealership and to Farzy Rashid.
