The BEST experience I have ever had in a dealership. I was looking for a car for my son and had been having trouble finding a dealership that was honest and transparent on pricing. I ended up going to Audi Ontario to look at a used 2018 Honda Civic. Farzy Rashid came over to introduce himself and was very friendly and polite. I asked about the car and what add on's, accessories or hidden fees were going to be added to the asking price. He said they would honor the internet price and that there were no extras...the price was actually the price!! I admit I was skeptical and kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but Farzy was honest, transparent and just a joy to deal with. He was patient and answered my many questions. Dean took care of my financing and documents and was just as easy and honest to deal with, I was in and out of the dealer in an hour and a half with a very nice first car for my son. If you are looking for a car, you definitely need to go see Farzy at Audi. He will treat you right!! My lease on my Lexus is up next year and I'll be headed over to see him to get a new car! Wish I could give both Farzy and Audi Ontario 10 stars!!! More

First of all, I will never go to another Audi dealership again. Audi Ontario went above and beyond to earn my business. Farzy Rashid was the salesman who assisted me. He was not aggressive nor pushy, he was again. Audi Ontario went above and beyond to earn my business. Farzy Rashid was the salesman who assisted me. He was not aggressive nor pushy, he was very kind. Both Farzy and the finance manager John were very patient with me. The dealership was clean, and had a large selection of vehicles. I walked away with a brand new Audi and I couldn't have been anymore happier. In addition, almost a week after signing the contract and leaving the dealership, the dealership had another rebate to offer me! They called me in and voided my old contract, then resigned a new one. I got an additional rebate on top of my already stellar deal! Awesome dealership, awesome customer service, and awesome people. More
