This salesperson tried to sell me an overpriced 2016 Tesla Model X with a cracked main screen. When I asked for a discount because of the cost to replace it, they insult me by inflating the price with s Tesla Model X with a cracked main screen. When I asked for a discount because of the cost to replace it, they insult me by inflating the price with something called, "Dealer Prep" just under the cost of my trade in of $3,000 then say to me they will take $1,000 off that cost for the screen and further insult me by asking to run my credit to offer me better financing when I walked in the store with my own financing approval. The original 2016 Model X (black in color) I came to see had a dead battery. So, the final numbers came to a price over the original price as if there was no trade in and no screen discount. How insulting. My wife and I left, went to another dealer who worked with us to get us the car we wanted at a great price. More

Todd was the only person that helped us out during our purchase. Friendly, very helpful throughout the process. Maryam also helped out. Unfortunately that was all we got help with. Fatima was never able t purchase. Friendly, very helpful throughout the process. Maryam also helped out. Unfortunately that was all we got help with. Fatima was never able to be reached who sold us the vehicle and yet is the sales manager so that speaks volume. I had an inconvenience with the whole sales team in regards to a tire that was supposedly replaced brand new prior before picking it up. I took it to the Ford dealership and was advised I had a bad rear passenger tire. I called that same day and let them know about the situation and see if they could help us out since it was supposedly replaced new. I was told I would be receiving a phone call, but never did that day. I called the next day and was given the run around once again. Tomorrow marks a week about this situation and yet have not been contacted. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and yet they let me down for a simple tire fix. It’s sad to see a big nice dealership have that kind of low quality service. I gave them a chance, but yet failed to help out a customer. I could have easily replaced the tire myself, but thought since they replaced it brand new they could have easily replaced it and made it right. If I could give zero stars I would. Todd is the only exception to this situation. More
