They discovered one of our work vans needed the oil cooler replaced during an oil change. Brady & Tyler explained the process & cost. The part was there tge next day! I was fine until I got my bill for routine service. I developed sudden drop in core temperature, excessive heart rate and shortness of breath. I was most fortunate that the young lady working in the I developed sudden drop in core temperature, excessive heart rate and shortness of breath. I was most fortunate that the young lady working in the service dept was able to call EMS for me and stayed on the line until the ambulance and crew arrived. The entire staff at Bill Dickason was very helpful and courteous to me and my wife. They went above and beyond the call of duty. More
