Ashleigh went out of her way to help me. My car is still not fixed. It is making the same noise I brought it in for. This is a brand new car with brakes that still make noises. The service guy said that it was an update that needed to be made but the problem is still not fixed. This problem started a week after purchasing. I was able to get the first appointment weeks later and now have to wait another couple of weeks to get it in. I’m not from Gladewater so it’s an inconvenience to have to borrow a car to try and get the brakes fixed on a new car. Hopefully this problem will be solved soon and I don’t have to come back a third time. More
