Felicia Wade is AMAZING!!!!!!! Her professionalism and personable attitude was pleasant to experience. She's very knowledgeable about cars and the entire purchasing/leasing process. Went to a couple other dealerships and this one was most helpful. Went to new car instead of used building. Sales person in new helped me find out where to go, and got me in contact with right person. While helpful. Went to new car instead of used building. While getting set up for test drive, bathroom was take , but one of the services techs said I could use their bathroom instead. Everyone was super nice and friendly and made the experience wonderful. Everyone went out of their way to help someone they didn’t need to help and it did help make a world of difference. More
