The service was as fast as it could be during these times. When I was considering buying out my lease one year early, I reached out to my local dealer, Santa Monica Toyota, but as usual, I did not feel they were helpful or anything more than smarmy. So I contacted Toyota of Lancaster and spoke with Filipe. He was so wonderful. So warm. So helpful. So trustworthy. He walked me through all the steps and numbers, gave me honest feedback about interest rates, and I could feel his integrity through the phone. The day I decided to make the deal, Filipe was not on site, so I worked with Eddie Alvarez, who was equally wonderful, warm and helpful. Eddie walked me through everything on the phone, and worked to get me the excellent interest rate that Filipe and I had discussed. I am so happy I drove the 70 miles each way to Lancaster. The peace of mind I have is immeasurable. As I said, I have a local dealer, in fact there are several Toyota dealers in my vicinity. But the people at Lancaster earned my trust immediately, and to a person -- from the phone operators to the finance guy -- every one was professional and warm. I was traveling quite a distance to another dealership to test drive and while i was on my way they notified me that they sold the truck...Enter Felipe...your dealership aquired the exact match to what i was looking for and Patricia and Felipe notified me. I again was traveling quite a distance to test drive this one so the team held the vehicle for me. After deciding to purchase the finance team allowed me to step away to grab a bite as it was past dinnertime. Andrea offered a great restaurant as I am not familiar with the area and we finalized paperwork after my meal. Since I traveled and had my vehicle with me that evening, the team now arranged to deliver the vehicle to my home!
