So I contacted Toyota of Lancaster and spoke with Filipe. He was so wonderful. So warm. So helpful. So trustworthy. He walked me through all the steps and numbers, gave me honest feedback about interest rates, and I could feel his integrity through the phone. The day I decided to make the deal, Filipe was not on site, so I worked with Eddie Alvarez, who was equally wonderful, warm and helpful. Eddie walked me through everything on the phone, and worked to get me the excellent interest rate that Filipe and I had discussed. I am so happy I drove the 70 miles each way to Lancaster. The peace of mind I have is immeasurable. As I said, I have a local dealer, in fact there are several Toyota dealers in my vicinity.
