I didn’t expect car leasing to be so super easy and stress-less. Petr was not only professional and cordial, he was diligent, responded to every single question I had ( I had many) with full and clear, stress-less. He went above, a way above what he could do to help me find a best deal for me. I mean everything I asked for was not a big deal. He even kept me informed during delivery so I could plan my day and chores, having exact timeframe of arrival. I honestly didn’t think leasing would be so super easy, efficient and also get the best price. I was shopping around, visiting Dealerships and speaking to number of ppl, filling out forms on number of websites, until I came across this website. Unbelievably easy and pleasant experience. I'm very disappointed with this company. I bought a car. First month and dmv fee. And I was supposed to get back the rest off the dmv money if any thing extra and they kept it as a down payment. I use to be a car my sales man my self so I know whats going on. Than when I called to asked question I was giving the run around treatment. It wasn't us , it's the dealership, the dealership said dmv, dmv said call auto lease, auto lease said i have a manager call ke back untill today since may 11th i have gotten a any call back. I lost out on the money so I have to eat it but save your money and go to a real dealership that will help you better. I have all the emails and the text messages that clearly states the dealtaila about the dmv fee and i was told by these salesmen in auto lease that the remainder will be refunded to me. Never again I would buy any thing from auto lease. More
