He was really patient with my crazy requests and all the back and forth on the different car options. Felix cared more about the long term relationship, even if meant losing the sale, which was very refreshing. When I told him I got a better deal from another dealer, he was still very accommodating and the great attitude was still there from him. The other dealer was not able to stick to the quote and did a bate and switch on me, so naturally I went back to Felix to close the deal. It's always good to work with people that care more about building a long term relationship and don't just focus on the quick sale! Would strongly recommend to anyone that wants not only the best price but exceptional service; and not only during the sale but way after as well. Dealers and sales guys are a dime a dozen now days but finding someone that really cares to do the right thing pre, during and after the transaction is a rare. I am definitely a fan and appreciate the experience! More

Felix was attentive and answered all of my questions - and that was a lot. He explained all my options to me, including the pros and cons of every car I considered. He was a great resource and is obviously very knowledgeable about cars. I never felt pressured by him, and he took time to understand what type of driver I am, and what type of car I wanted. Overall, I had a really positive experience and got my car within a few days of first speaking with him. The car is perfect, and was exactly what I wanted. Thanks, Felix!! More

After closing my first deal with eAutoLease, I now realize I couldn't have been more wrong. In fact, the process was SO much easier than dealing with any dealership. I never went to Brooklyn -- they brought the car to my home. Wow. Pricing was straight forward -- none of this, "let me check with my manager" BS -- and much lower than any dealer. The customer service was unreal and every promise that they made, they delivered on. After leasing about a dozen cars in my life, I was pleasantly surprised to work with someone who was direct, polite, and competitive in pricing while maintaining high-levels of customer service. Bottom line, I don't plan on leasing through a dealership ever again. More

The BEST experience I ever had leasing a vehicle EVER!! I have leased cars for years from all dealerships from Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Maserati and this was the best and easiest way to lease a vehicle. Did I mentioned they also beat any rate you receive from any dealership. The only reason why I would step foot at a dealership is to test out what I will lease from Felix Lemberskiy at eAutoLease. A friend of mind recommended Felix to me after I had just visited over 6 dealerships and they were not giving what I needed. I contacted Felix on a Friday and I had my brand new vehicle delivered to my office the following Monday. This service is unheard of, they even return my old lease to the dealer and had it inspected. EASY, EASY, EASY! It was a pleasure working with Felix and I will definitely recommend him and his company to my family and friends. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
