He went out of his way to take the car i was interested in and take a personal video showing the car's exterior and interior. His calming and helpful demeanor persisted when i decided to come take a look at the car. He literally helped remove the worries and l stress i had about buying a new car as he explained every step. I had a great experience working with Fernando Morales and the rest of the team at Royal Moore Mazda on my purchase of a new CX-50. Fernando was extremely pleasant to talk to and was very accommodating to and the rest of the team at Royal Moore Mazda on my purchase of a new CX-50. Fernando was extremely pleasant to talk to and was very accommodating to ensure I was getting the vehicle of my choice. After a test drive, he was able to walk me through all of the features on the different trim level and was able to show me the specific options that were on the car I eventually purchased. When I had a few questions that he didn't know the answer to, the rest of the sales team happily jumped in with the answers. I was offered a competitive price, great terms for financing, and had a very pleasant experience throughout the entire process. Once the purchase was complete, Fernando helped me set up the Mazda app on my phone and made sure to let me know I could contact him if I had any questions. I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was and how everyone I interacted with was kind a welcoming. A special shout out to Brandon Selnau who observed me cleaning my glasses on my shirt. A couple minutes later when he had a free minute, he came up and offered me a fresh glasses cleaning cloth. He's a man who understands the struggle of wearing glasses that are smudged.......thanks brother! More

I was looking to buy my first new car and my wife and I had two Mazdas previously. Brandon Selnau and Fernando Morales were great! As I was looking through different models online Brandon communicated with me, even took a video of one car I had in mind before I even got to the dealership. Fernando was great showing me trims and test driving with me on Brandon's day off so I could zero in on the car I wanted. Next day I decided to buy and Brandon rushed in on his day off to go through everything with me. It was my first new car so they walked me through everything and kept me comfortable while I waited for paperwork and all of it. I never felt pressured to buy any extras or add-ons, what I felt was informed of my choices and that my deal was tailored to my budget, future plans, and my current needs. Everyone was over-the-top polite, patient with me and my questions, and every dept introduction was courteous and professional. My father tagged along just for his entertainment seeing his son buy his first new car and compared to many of his previous buying experienced he was really impressed with how it all went for me. Can't say enough about Brandon and Fernando and everyone I interacted with at the dealership. It is a process to get a new car, it took a few hours doing all the paperwork and waiting my turn to fill out the financing, but at no point was I overly annoyed or felt like my time was being undervalued. They got me in and out in my exact car that fit my needs in a reasonable amount of time. When it's time for my next car my first stop, probably my only stop, will be a Royal Moore family dealership starting with another great Mazda More
