I booked my appointment online and only asked for an oil change (I intentionally opted out of a tire rotation). After my service was complete Fernando Nunez said that I had an oil change and tire rotation, change (I intentionally opted out of a tire rotation). When I picked up my car I noticed that the tires had not been rotated after all! Another issue is that they somehow connected me to SiriusXM (trial period) without my consent. This is completely unacceptable! If I wanted this I would request it directly from SiriusXM without help from this dealer. Just to be clear, if there are any costs related to this blunder, Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram will be responsible for them! I only gave one star because a negative star is not an option! I now have a complete lack of trust for this dealer, I will not be back for future service! More
